PhD

My PhD was in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration on Adult Education. My thesis was on Determinants of Success in Adult Basic Education and General Equivalency Diploma for Mothers on Social Assistance.
 

Technical Certifications

Microsoft Certified Trainer  I used this certificate in my position as a commercial networking trainer.

Microsoft Certified Support Engineer  This is my personal qualification to be a network specialist. Later, I wrote training manuals for this program while at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington.
Certified Novell Instructor  I used this certificate as a commercial networking trainer.
Certified Novell Engineer  This is my personal qualification to be a Novell Netware specialist. I also wrote training manuals for this program while working at Novell Corporate Headquarters in Provo, Utah.
Master Certified Novell Engineer  This certificate is awarded for exceptional networking skills.
CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer  This is a well-respected industry-wide certification from the Computer Training Institute of America that transcends any individual company's products. (CompTIA is best known for the A+ technician's certification.)
